Attached is a copy of the Illinois Model Zoning Ordinance, drafted in May 2003 by the Chicago Legal Clinic and the law firm Baker McKenzie with funding from the Illinois Clean Energy Community Foundation.

Due to the pdf format, the document cannot be edited. However, we are in the process of forming a private working group to revise and maintain this excellent work and broaden its application.
