I have all the right ingredients for a good utility-scale wind farm; I have an outstanding wind category site close to a 345 line, proper financing, and first-rate equipment. The only thing I lack now is a power purchase agreement. I have contacted several utilities and the answer seems to be either they are not interested or that the renewable Request For Proposals (RFPs) are not currently open to all bidders. Is there an inroad or at least a road map for success in landing that first PPA? Are there professional wholesale buyers that can assist me? Is there a source or sources for utilities to advertise their renewable RFPs? Is there anything I am missing?

Please feel free to contact me. I went through a similar process with a biomass project.
