I feel like I got a picture of Bigfoot or something. I was driving from Ontario Oregon to Mountain Home AFB in Idaho and decided to take the back roads to alleviate the boring drive. I saw this wind turbine on a farm along the way. I've done some research and I haven't found any references to a design like this.
