I'm interested in starting a wind farm, but I have little money and own no land. I suspect winning a grant might be a first step. Any ideas on where I can find grant information relating to renewable energy and also where I might find information on how to start a small for-profit wind farm.

You can find information about grants and incentives for renewable energy on the Database of State Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency, at www.dsireusa.org.

However, before you'll really be in a place to take advantage of any sort of grant or incentive, you'll need to educate yourself more about the wind industry and how wind development works.
