Are there any developers of development models being used whereby the landowner can either buy into a project or contribute his lease or a combination of both for some share of the equity in the project or simply pay to have a project turbine built on his leased land in return for contributing the remainder of his land to the project? I've not heard of any specific cases like this. However, there is no rule that says that this couldn't happen.
