hi, I am a student at CCBC in Maryland. I have been assigned to re create the debate over the ratification of the Kyoto Protocol to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions. I am curious if you could tell me anything about the Renewable Fuels Industry (specifically wind)and it s role in reducing the emissions.
