Howdy All,
I'm posting downloads of the Small Wind Consumer's Guides for Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. They were published by the U.S. Department of Energy by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. There is some great information contained in them for people who are interested in putting up smaller turbines than the big utility scale ones. They are a great way to get the basics for deciding if a smaller wind system is right for you and they do a good job outlining the steps involved in putting together your own project.
