Interested in learning more about Renewable Energies? The Minnesota Renewable Energy Society (MRES) (www.mnrenewables.org) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Minnesotans gain knowledge of and access to Renewable Energy technologies. As the Minnesota chapter of the American Solar Energy Society (ASES), MRES has a primarily solar focus, though not exclusively. MRES is considering offering some basic and more advanced Renewable Energy workshops over the summer months and would like to gauge interest amongst Minnesotans for these offerings.
Classes under consideration include: Intro Level classes in Wind, Solar PV, and Solar Thermal Advanced Level - Solar PV (for electricians or existing PV installers) Site Assessment training for Wind, Solar PV, Solar Thermal. Classes on each subject would be 1 8-hour day of training, except for the Wind Assessment class, which is 2 8-hour days. If you think you would be interested in taking any of these classes, please email info@MNRenewables.org and advise which classes you may be interested in and in what geographic region you would attend (Twin Cities, SE Minnesota, NW Minnesota, etc). And don’t forget the fantastic MRES Solar Boat Regatta on May 27th www.mnrenewables.org/explore/solar/connect/engage.php This message has been edited. Last edited by: Brian Antonich, |
