Xcel Energy released the report for the Renewable Development Fund which contains proposals for: long term goals for the fund, changes to the administrative and organizational structure of the fund, administrative cost cap levels, performance measurement and evaluation, and public access to project information and results.

Comments on the report are due to the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission by 4:30 p.m., Friday, January 20, 2006.

Reply comments must be filed by 4:30 p.m., Monday, February 20, 2006.
