An article in today's Boston Globe describes how the Plymouth County Sheriff's Department is in the planning stages of putting up a turbine next to the county's correctional facility.

Energy generated by the turbine will be used on site, and is expected to save $200,000 to $450,000 off a $850,000 to $1 million electric bill.
