The 2005 Notice of Funds Availability for the Farmbill Section 9006 Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Program is out as of today, March 28, 2005. The program is expected to be more competitive this year, so applicants would be well served by looking at the scoring criteria closely and addressing each category fully.
