USDA finally announced the 2004 awards for the Value-Added program. I only saw one project that was definitely wind: Wray Farmer-Owned Wind Farm Group from Colorado received $128,000. There were several other energy projects, but it wasn't clear exactly what technology the projects were using. Most of them looked like biomass, biofuels or digester projects. Four wind projects were funded in 2003.
