2007 Update (Unofficial):
While no official notice has yet been made by the USDA, Windustry wants to keep you as posted as we are able on projections for the 2007 funding opportunities.
Similar to the 2006 Program, the 2007 USDA Program will offer both grants and guaranteed loans for eligible projects. Both the rules and allocations are expected to be the same as they were in 2006, so the application process will not change. At this point, application deadlines and terms are not yet officially posted, and the decision has not yet been made regarding whether there will be one or two rounds of application. Contact your state Rural Energy Coordinator for application details, and stay tuned to this site and the USDA site for more information as it becomes available.
